Ordering a van from The Van Warehouse is easy.

1. We will fax or email you an order form and a credit proposal for you to complete and sign and return to us. (We often complete the credit proposal over the telephone to make things easier)

2. We will then submit your details to the relevant finance house underwriting department.

3. Assuming you are approved for credit we will order your van from our preferred supplier.

4. We will post finance documents to you which you will sign and return with a cheque for the initial rental amount made payable to the supplying dealer.

5. Assuming all documentation is correct we will authorise the dealer to deliver the van to your premises on an agreed date.

Our sales team will talk you through each stage carefully so that you are absolutely clear what is happening at all times.
