Daily Rental
Through our Rental Services Partners we can provide car or van hire for any period of time, ranging from one day through to several months.

Duty of Care
Companies with more than five employees are legally required to demonstrate that they have met certain Duty of Care criteria in respect of employees driving vehicles for work.
We are able to offer a legal product called Safe Plan to our customers which facilitates a corporate occupational road risk assessment. This includes a comprehensive bespoke report, as well as an online tool to help you manage the risks identified.

Absolute Accident Management
Absolute Accident Management is an accident management solution specifically designed for smaller fleet customers. FMG are the Network-approved accident management supplier and already provide support to over 30,000 LeasePlan UK group vehicles.
What does Absolute Accident Management do?
Absolute Accident Management gives you assurance that should any of your vehicles be involved in an accident or incident, that your vehicle repair will be managed by an approved repairer and that FMG will manage the negotiations and administration with your insurer and any third party's insurer. This minimises downtime, reduces administration and eliminates the 'hassle factor' involved in an accident.

Does it only apply to vehicles funded through Network?
No, it applies to all of our customers vehicles no matter who the finance company is.
How much does it cost?
Absolute Accident Management is offered free of charge. Our customers will only be liable for the relevant repair, excess and VAT costs relating to Insurance cover. This is irrespective of the payment method. Any replacement vehicle costs taken through Network will be invoiced separately under the arrangements you have in place with the Daily Rental solution.
Repair, Excess and VAT Costs relating to Insurance Cover
For comprehensively insured customers, this will be the excess and VAT on total repair. Where a third part is deemed at fault, FMG will commence their Uninsured Loss Recovery (ULR) process where they will endeavour to recover the costs via the third party's Insurer and if successful, credit this back to our customer or to The Van Warehouse if we are managing our customer directly. The VAT can never be recovered. FMG retain 12.5% of all successful recoveries as a fee. Where there is no recovery, no fee applies.
